I’ve always taken real satisfaction in seeing a dramatic “before and after.”
Even as a kid, I remember tackling a huge bed of nettles in our garden – clearing it completely while only half-finishing the smaller job the day before. I’ve carried that same drive for meaningful, visible change throughout my career.
