Welcome to Site 61! We are so happy you are here. Please see below for guesthouse rules for your comfort and the comfort of other guests.

Check-In and Check-Out Times and Procedures:

  • Check-in time is from 4PM to 6PM.
  • Check-out time is at 10 AM.
  • Please inform the guesthouse  if you plan to arrive outside of check-in hours, so we can arrange for your arrival.
  • Check-out procedure: Leave your keys in the container on the front desk labeled “Keys”. Keys not returned will be charged $50.00 each.

Reservation Policies: 

  • No guest under 18 allowed except for a whole-guesthouse rental.
  • All guests must be at least 18 years of age with valid government-issued photo ID. Photocopies will not be accepted. Electronic ID will be accepted in the form of verified government apps.
  • Residents that live within 50 Miles of the guesthouse  are not permitted to stay. 
  • No guest is allowed to stay for more than 14 consecutive nights in any 30 day period,  and 48 nights in any 365 day period.

Quiet Hours:

  • Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM inside and 10PM to 8AM outside.
  • Please be respectful of noise levels during these hours including conversations and tv volume.

Alcohol, Smoking and Drugs:

  • The consumption of alcohol is allowed in moderation for anyone who is over 21 years old.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the guesthouse building. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
  • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. No illegal activity will be tolerated. 

Visitors:

  • Visitors must sign in at the front desk and leave identification. Visitors of guests may be admitted downstairs ONLY with the manager’s knowledge and approval.
  • Visitors are only allowed in the guesthouse  during business hours. (8AM-6PM)
  • Cameras are watching and recording all public areas: lobby, hallways, stairs, entrances.

Security:

  • Do NOT open or “hold” the door for those you do not know. It’s not rude, it’s SAFE. All doors automatically lock 15 seconds after using.
  • No illegal activity will be tolerated. No harassment, stalking, theft, consuming items purchased by other guests, etc.

Lost or Damaged Property:

  • The guesthouse  is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to guesthouse  property. 

Kitchen Rules:

  • Items placed in the refrigerator must be in a clearly labeled box/bag. Label your food items with your name and check-out date with the labels and marker provided. You can store your dry food in one of the kitchen lockers. A shared refrigerator is available. Unlabeled food will be disposed of. 
  • Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Place dishes in the drying rack and don’t store items in the sink. 
  • Never eat another guest’s food without their permission
  • Cooking is permitted only in the kitchen (not in the individual rooms or other common spaces), and only with the appliances and cookware that are available for common use

Respect for Others:

  • No illegal activity will be tolerated. No harassment, stalking, theft, or consuming items purchased by other guests.
  • Respect the privacy and personal space of other guests.
  • Keep noise levels to a respectable level. 

Respect Staff & Compliance:

  • Treat guesthouse staff and fellow guests with kindness and respect.
  • Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM to 8AM Friday-Saturday.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any reservation for guests who are being disruptive, disrespectful to our staff, building, neighbors or other guests.
  • No illegal activity will be tolerated. No harassment, stalking, theft, or consuming items purchased by other guests.
  • Failure to comply with these house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund
